Complete House Flood/Reconstruction

This homeowner was away with his family for Christmas and received a call from a neighbor that water was running from underneath his front door and his garage door into the street. This is a call that no homeowner ever wants to get. We received the emergency call and we were on site quickly. Our plumber got to work and we turned our attention inside. The entire main floor was covered in an inch of standing water and we began emergency water extraction to save the property from further decay. We performed pack out of all of the furniture into a POD on site. Water had wicked up all of the walls so we had to perform a flood cut to the drywall and remove all of the flooring. The cabinetry to the left of the fireplace had to be removed but we were able to save the kitchen cabinetry by removing the end panels. As you can see from the pictures, we rebuilt the end panels in the kitchen saving the insurance company thousands and the homeowner weeks waiting on cabinets. We also rebuilt the cabinetry to the left of the fireplace as well as replaced the bathroom vanity. We replaced the flooring, drywall, trim and repainted the entire property. When we we completed the job it looked like nothing had ever happened. This was a huge job and we were all thrilled with the outcome!
