Roof Leak/Mold Remediation/Remodel

We were called to this home with beautiful cathedral ceilings, by the homeowner who complained about mold on the ceiling and ridge line. As we performed our inspection we found that the chimney caps were installed improperly, causing water to run down the chimney and into the home creating the perfect environment for mold to grow. We immediately got our roofer on site and performed repairs to the chimney and installed a brand new chimney cap. We turned our attention inside and began demolition and mold remediation. While we were performing our work the homeowner asked us to install a beautiful oak beam on the ridge line. We were happy to help, and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Mold free and beautiful!
