Water Damage/ Reconstruction

This homeowner was getting ready to sell his home when they realized that the spot on the ceiling was getting bigger, and they could smell mold when it was really hot outside. We were called to the site and found that the water intrusion was coming from improperly installed flashing at the bay windows. Our roofer remedied the problem and we turned our attention inside. Containment of mold spores is key when performing mold remediation, so our team set up containment and created a negative pressure environment for us to perform our work safely without risk of contamination of the rest of the property. We performed our work and the home sold the very next day!
